For me, the champagne cork is: A pleasant sound anticipating a good tasting! Whether it is the cork of the bottle or the cork that shapes the city, it is all about good times and places where you get together and live unique moments.
My favourite recipe: The « andouillette » of Troyes (a white chitterlings sausage) on the barbecue, very crispy, with creamy cucumber, it changes everything!
My little slice of heaven: The squares of Troyes, from the smallest to the largest, are little slices of heaven. But my heart goes to Place Vernier: trees, together with half-timbered houses, surround benches facing the beautiful front of the basilica.
