For over thirty years, La Table de François has held a special place in the Trojan landscape.
A discreet, authentic address, where people come for the taste of the real thing: generous cuisine, inspired sauces, and above all, sincere moments shared around the table.
Today, the house is writing a new chapter.
Under the impetus of chefs Dwayne Dodo and Caroline Ofiara, the cuisine is being reinvented by four hands, blending respect for tradition with creative impulses.
The products are carefully selected, the cooking mastered, the combinations sometimes daring but always balanced.
Each dish celebrates François' heritage, while asserting a new culinary signature: lively, elegant and deeply sincere.
