Champagne Jaillant & Co

Our vineyard extends over the entire hillside, also known as the "Côte de Champagne", covering an area of 7.5 hectares and including around ten parcels.

Its south/south-east exposure ensures optimum sunshine. One third of our vineyard is under permanent grass cover, to optimize soil management.
Producing with the greatest respect for the environment is a duty for a prestigious appellation d'origine contrôlée such as Champagne.
Champagne Jaillant & Co is committed to this sustainable development approach, which is part of the Ecophyto 2018 plan.
