Hélène Beaugrand, the granddaughter of a winegrower, proudly perpetuates her family's winegrowing history, which began in the early 1900s.
Her old vines are exposed to the south and south-east and are well exposed to the sun. They are grown under High Environmental Value viticulture and produce lovely, sweet grapes.
On this isolated and atypical island, Hélène produces unique wines, rich and salty, with exotic fruit aromas.
She likes to create original cuvées according to the harvest, respecting the character of each parcel.
In the cellar, the bottles are kept for more than 36 months to give complexity and finesse to the bubbles.
