For me, the champagne cork is: A proof that things go as chance would have them, or that you can not escape your destiny. Anyway, this shape of a champagne cork taken by the city over the centuries is very representative of its adhesion to its terroir.

My favourite recipe: It might not be the most original but it is so good ! A AAAAA andouillette, grilled just enough on the barbecue with a bit of mustard… That is it ! Because this is how it is the best… AAAAA!

My little slice of heaven: An emblematic place of our Tricasse city: the « Ruelle des Chats » (alley of the cats)! Since it has been rehabilitated, wandering there is like going back in time to 500 years ago in our History. And when dusk falls, it is a bewitching, mysterious and romantic atmosphere…

Never leave Troyes before: Having discovered how shiny and fine are the stained glass windows in St Pierre St Paul cathedral, and in Ste Madeleine, St Pantaléon, St Jean churches…, but also before having taken a selfie by the heart of Troyes.
