We offer you delicious homemade burgers to enjoy on the spot or to take away, in an atmosphere inspired by the history of the world, right in the heart of the historic centre of the city of Troyes. The meat for our burgers comes from French and organic farms. Our bread is homemade, prepared daily. Our sauces and desserts are also prepared on site, using fresh ingredients from organic farming.
