About
It is Fernand Fréminet, grandfather of Frédérick Goussin, who was a butcher and cider maker in the Pays d'Othe, who initiated his grandson in the making of cider. It is for him a revelation. From a very young age, he accompanied his grandfather into the orchards, picking apples and discovering the cider making process.
It is from a small farm of untreated high-stemmed apple trees, from which the apples are picked by hand, that the different cider vintages and apple juices are made. An invitation to tasting and discovering... "Heritage 1900" is a tribute to this grandfather who took care to pass on his knowledge to his grandson...
All ciders are disgorged on the fly and corked and muzzled. These artisanal methods, all handmade, give a certain prestige to the product and give it a rustic, powerful, complex character, anchored in the earth.
