At the Bistroquet, we are 100% cocorico, we like local and fresh products!
Le Bistroquet is a Trojan institution!
It was a cinema "Le Français" from 1945 to 1992, then a brasserie from 1992 to 2016.
We have decided to revive this emblematic place since October 2021.
Don't hesitate to come and visit our Café-théâtre, the "Troyes Fois Plus". one of the only ones in the region with a multitude of artists.
Not forgetting our "afters" with the possibility of having a last drink and dancing!
