Brasserie Jumie

Located in Buchères, just outside Troyes, Brasserie Jumie is a craft brewery in the Aube department that was founded in 2022.

Here, the beers are brewed on-site with passion and creativity, offering a range of styles—from the most approachable brews to generously hopped beers.

The brewery also features a shop and a taproom where you can discover and sample the house-brewed creations in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Jumie occasionally hosts events featuring live music and food trucks, as well as tours that offer a behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process.
