A family institution since 1985, Au Bistro is much more than a restaurant: it's a lively, warm and authentic establishment that has evolved with the times without ever losing its soul. Located a stone's throw from Troyes, in the commune of Sainte-Savine, the establishment combines the friendly spirit of a neighborhood bistro with the energy of a cultural scene and the generosity of seasonal cuisine.

The cuisine here is sincere and gourmet. The menu evolves throughout the year, with creative suggestions and signature recipes that celebrate simplicity and taste. Sharing braziers, hot smokers, big raclettes and a carefully selected wine list: every meal is an invitation to conviviality.

Au Bistro is also a place for events and get-togethers. Every week, the house offers "Jeudis qui fume", featuring meats and recipes smoked in the brazier or smoker. Evening concerts, held in the renovated hall, bring the place to life in a warm, popular and festive atmosphere. The establishment also has a reception room upstairs, ideal for seminars, family meals, birthdays or private events.
