A double suite on the garden level and a twin suite upstairs. A luminous living room opening onto a fitted kitchen, a double suite on the garden level and a twin attic suite, each with its own shower room and WC. Terrace with lake and harbour views.

Events possible only if the entire property is private. Direct access on foot to the port, yacht clubs and beach.
