Le Millésime is a set of 3 flats that will welcome you with charm and comfort.

You will be welcomed in a large living room that will allow you to take a coffee break during the day or to have business meetings.

These flats are tastefully furnished and decorated, each offering television, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk and fibre optic internet.
On the ground floor: the Chardonnay, a 3-room flat for 4 to 6 people, on the first floor on the left: the Arbane, a 3-room flat for 4 to 6 people, on the first floor on the right: the Petit Meslier, a studio for 2 people.

Possibility of renting 2 flats or the whole house. up to 14 people for groups, business meetings, family reunions or events.

Located on the ground floor of Le Millésime, the flat Le Chardonnay offers you its 70 m² entirely dedicated to comfort for 4 to 6 people.

It welcomes you with a pleasant living room with a quality sofa bed and a comfortable and welcoming 2023, with a well-equipped American kitchen offering all the utensils and crockery necessary for the preparation of your menus.

Two bedrooms are at your disposal, equipped with large double beds (160 x 200), bedside tables with individual lights, and a dressing room. Decorated with wood, they are warm and welcoming. The shower room has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with storage for all your accessories and a large mirror. A hairdryer completes its assets.

Its pluses: high-speed fibre optic wifi, connected TV, secure parking space, access to common areas (meeting area of approximately 60m² + garden with activities (table tennis, electronic darts, petanque, barbecue, bicycle...).
