La Maisonnette

Anne-Laure and Nicolas welcome you to this charming cottage which has been entirely restored.

It is a small outbuilding in an old farmhouse typical of the Champagne region, located 20 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from Sens and 1h30 from Paris.

You will be seduced by the careful decoration and noble materials (terracotta tiles, original beams...) in natural colours, which mix the old and the new. You can also take advantage of the landscaped garden where the imposing walnut tree, the various flower beds and the weeping willow near the stream will help you find rest. A swimming pool lined with terraces to be shared with the owners will be proposed to you (from the end of May to the beginning of September, conditions of schedules to see with the owners).

On the ground floor, you will have a living room with a lounge area (sofa bed, flat screen TV), kitchen open to a dining area, separate toilet. On the first floor: a double bedroom (bed 140x190), a twin bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, one of which is located on a mezzanine (ideal for a child), a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC).
You can also rent "L'Ecurie", a large room with a double bed, toilet and washbasin (30€/night - 100€/week).

Outside, in the owners' garden, you will enjoy a quiet corner by the stream with deckchairs, a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
A few chickens and ducks in freedom will make the children happy.
A parking space in the street will be offered.
All charges are included in the price of the stay (heating, electricity, wifi), the beds are made on arrival and the bathroom and household linen are provided.
