Le Clos des Berdins

20 minutes from Troyes and the factory shops, 45 minutes from the Chablis region, come and stay at Clos des Berdins, a real little haven of peace where you can hear the birds singing.

This old barn dating from 1860, which was used as a stable, has been restored while keeping some authentic details. Only 5 minutes away, you will have access to local shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, bakery...) and 10 minutes away, you will find all shops and amenities.

On the ground floor, the gîte has a living room with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room with an Italian shower, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, a small reading corner and board games on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms (beds 140x190) and a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190 that can be joined together to form a double bed), a bathroom with shower and WC.
Central heating is included in the price, beds are made, household linen (tea towels, table cloths, napkins) is provided. Electricity is extra.

Outside, you will have a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, deckchairs, carport, courtyard and grassy area of 300 m².

Tourist attractions: hiking on the spot, local products (Chaource, Cidre du Pays d'Othe) at 15 km, Troyes (museums, timber-framed houses...) at 20 km, Champagne vineyards (cellar visits, tasting) at 25 km, Lakes of the Forêt d'Orient at 30 km, Chablis at 45 km.
