EZIO: Italian first name very popular in Florence in the 15th century. It comes from the Roman "Aetius" which means "Eagle".
Our colour code is that of the AS ROMA club, which is our team of choice.
The alliance of the Florentine nobility and the Roman grandeur gave birth to our pizzeria.
In keeping with Italian tradition, our pizzas are handmade.
