Le Palais Fermier

Le Palais Fermier is a producer and direct seller of seasonal fruit and vegetables, located in Grange l'évêque near Troyes. Le Palais Fermier is also present on the Drive Fermier de l'Aube.

Established in 1998, Damien and Mickaël's chalet is a veritable little market of freshness. Everything here is grown in the traditional way. Produce is sold directly where it's grown, at your local market or in the form of a pick-your-own vegetable basket.

Le palais Fermier offers you the opportunity to order the season's vegetable basket online, and taste the quality vegetables that have just been harvested.

The baskets are made up of assorted freshly harvested vegetables, with guaranteed freshness.

Our primary motivation is to offer you the best, and that's why we strive every day to produce quality vegetables to satisfy your taste buds and your health!

Point of sale at the farm: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays.
Other points of sale: market in Ste Savine on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 7.45am to 1pm, Troyes market on Saturday mornings from 7.30am to 1pm, numerous drop-off points in Troyes and surrounding area to collect basket orders.
