Champagne Leroy-Meirhaeghe

Our estate is located in Montgueux, a small wine-producing village in the Aube department.
Our vines, anchored on south-facing slopes, benefit from the best possible sunshine, allowing the grapes to gorge themselves with sugar.

Passionate about nature and our profession, the philosophy of Maison Leroy Meirhaeghe is one of "eco-thinking" viticulture, responsible and respectful of traditional Champagne know-how. We are aware that the quality of our work will ensure the prestige of our champagnes.

For several years now, we have been working without herbicides. As a result, the vines once again become a landmark for the flora, microbial life, insects and fauna that surround our vineyards.
They are our precious allies. Grass cover and mechanical maintenance allow us to maintain our soil. Although it's a longer and more difficult job, it gives us the pride and satisfaction of a healthy, high-quality job.
