Our demanding philosophy of independent viticulture is based on the rich diversity of terroirs, climates, know-how, men and women.

Our vines are cultivated using the "lutte raisonnée" method, i.e. with respect for the environment. This is a voluntary approach, with no obligation or control, which aims to protect the vines only when necessary and with the product least harmful to the environment.

Champagne Eric Therrey comes from two different terroirs in the Aube region: Montgueux and Celles-sur-Ource, each renowned for its specificity.
