We are Champagne winegrowers Récoltants Manipulants in Montgueux. Our champagnes are made from grapes harvested, pressed and vinified on our own estate: La Chanose. Our vineyards have been farmed organically (ECOSERT certified) since 2012. Our soil maintenance is highly selective and encourages the maintenance of auxiliary plants, which are non-competitive with the vines. Our ecological approach has led us to install photovoltaic panels on our buildings, so that the solar-generated electricity we produce corresponds to our annual consumption.
Our underground winery capacity is adapted to the harvest of each plot. This plot-by-plot selection enables us to bring out the particularities of each vineyard's exposure, altitude, grape variety and soil: in this way, the terroir fully expresses all its facets.
