Le Port Mesnil

At the foot of the lake and the port of Mesnil Saint Père, 25 minutes from the centre of Troyes and its factory outlets.

Situated in a small and very quiet housing estate, come and spend a stay "Les pieds dans l'eau" in this small house with a view on one of the big lakes of the Forêt d'Orient.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom (bath, washbasin and WC) and a second separate WC. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 or 2*90x200) and a sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds) in one of them.

Outside: you will be able to enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, an enclosed and private grassy area with deckchairs and a private space to park your car.
