It is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes from the historic city centre of Troyes. Living room, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90), private bathroom in each room.
Oil heating not included (3 to 6 €/d depending on the season). Household linen/bed/toilet kit: 12€/pers (beds made on arrival).

Animals accepted at the discretion of the owners.
Shady park of 4000m² shared with two other gîtes.

Room rental on the ground floor (150€), except if the gîte is occupied.

Baby equipment on request.
Owners' swimming pool available (subject to opening hours).

Short stay rentals allowed all year round (in summer, at the last minute).
Bicycle loan and free access to the village tennis club. Secure WIFI.

Tourist attractions: visit Troyes and its museums, shopping at the factory outlets, lakes in the Orient Forest (35km).
