Ground floor: living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed), shower room/wc (Italian shower), laundry room. First floor: mezzanine recreation room, bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, wc.
Enclosed terrace and access to the garden with lawn. You will have at your disposal a ping-pong table and petanque balls.
This gîte is suitable for handicapped persons with a companion.
Additional charges: electricity (including heating). Optional internet access for a fee (10€/week).

Tourist attractions: discover the animals of the farmyard in the company of the owners, champagne vineyard at 3 km, marked and wooded paths from the gîte.
