La Demeure de Charme is a bourgeois house built in 1872 in the heart of Champagne-Ardenne.
It is close to TROYES town centre (5 minutes' walk from the Bouchon de Champagne), the Cube (exhibition centre - 2 minutes' walk) where events and shows are held, the Stade de l'Aube and factory outlets (Marque Avenue in Saint-Julien-les-Villas and McArthurGlen in Pont-Sainte-Marie).
In this house dating from the 19th century, 6 tourist accommodations have been furnished and decorated in a personalized way while respecting the bourgeois residence. Featuring original oak parquet floors, they include a lounge area with flat-screen TV, a small kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, a senseo as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower or a bathtub depending on the furniture, a 160 * 200 bed with memory foam mattress and a WIFI connection available free of charge.
