2km from the city centre of Troyes, the gîte "la bulle des Viennes" welcomes you with all the comfort of a 3-star gîte. The house as well as its garden and barbecue are entirely reserved for you.

The 2 rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with new, firm and comfortable beds. Each room has its own television, a high-speed internet connection (fibre) and a quick recharge socket for telephones and tablets. Electric roller shutters ensure perfect darkness.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, a multi-function oven, an extractor hood, a 4-star fridge with freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a raclette and pancake maker, a kettle and all the necessary utensils and crockery.

In the living room there is a 140 cm rapido sofa bed, already draped. Simply unfold it to slide in for the night. Shutters, curtains and a blind on the door also ensure complete darkness. The television is equipped with a connected box.

The bathroom, very bright, is a real cocoon. A 140 cm shower and its various shower jets ensure you a real moment of well-being and relaxation. A combined washer/dryer will ensure you a perfect autonomy during your stay.

Ideally located on the axis leading to the motorway and factory shops, you will find all the shops you need within a radius of 300m as well as two petrol stations.

150m from the Voie verte des Viennes, you can use this road to get to the city centre or to discover the region on foot or by bike.
