A bunch of watercress – the juice of 1 lemon – 1 plain yoghurt – 1 garlic clove – 1/2 shallot
- Collectthe rosettes from the base
- Wash them with vinegar water
- Addthe lemon juice and some salt
- Mix with the yoghurt
- Add the garlic and shallot
