A renowned charcuterie and delicatessen, the Gilbert Lemelle company offers its consumers local products scrupulously made according to traditional recipes from the French regions, using state-of-the-art industrial processes.Since 1948, this family-run business has been perpetuating the tradition of Trojan charcuterie, in particular with the genuine andouillette de Troyes 5A, their flagship product.You can join a group to discover how AT France Gilbert Lemelle charcuterie is made, on Thursday mornings by appointment. You'll be welcomed with a cup of coffee, followed by a guided tour and product tasting, and finally the store will be open to you by appointment.
