The Eliane CHARTIER media library is located within the Centre Culturel Didier Bienaimé.
It belongs to the network of media libraries in Troyes Champagne Métropole and offers a wide choice of works on loan or for consultation on site: detective novels, comic strips, children's albums, documentaries, magazines...
It also offers events throughout the year for all audiences: exhibitions, creative art workshops, readings, storytelling sessions with fun activities, shows, stories for the little ones.
