The media library is a space for study and documentation covering the fields of music, dance and theatre.
Access and consultation on site are free and open to all those interested in artistic disciplines.
The media library offers opportunities for on-site listening, reading and documentary research.h
It offers free access to a collection of 15,000 documents consisting of :
- instrumental, vocal, chamber music and study scores
- books on music, theatre and dance (theory, history, pedagogy, technique, biographies,
dictionaries, etc.)
- compact discs: classical and contemporary music, recitals, jazz, world music
- DVD: documentaries, recordings of concerts, operas and ballets
- a dedicated youth collection of recordings, albums and musical stories
All these documents are referenced on the common computer catalogue of the Troyes Champagne Métropole media library network, which can be consulted at the following address: http://troyes-champagne-mediatheque.fr. To find them, simply select the advanced document search and restrict the search to Conservatoire de musique (Restrict by media library).
