Médiathèque départementale de l’Aube (Bibliobus)

A service of the Department of Aube, the Aube Departmental Media Library serves and runs a dense network of media libraries and reading points throughout the department.

Professional resource centre, the MDAube :
- assistance in the operation of the 150 structures of Aube (60 libraries, 90 reading points): lending of documents and animation tools, cultural actions, deployment of a library management software, subsidies related to animations.
- contributes to the training of library professionals and volunteers, as well as teachers, animators ..,
- supports local partnerships,
- provides advice to local authorities in defining and implementing projects in the field of public reading.

And for everyone, MDAube is the possibility to access :
- to MDAube's collections through its media library or its local reading point. Nearly 240,000 books, 32,500 CDs (including 1,700 books read and 4,000 children's titles), 5,300 DVDs that can be reserved and sent to your library by a regular shuttle service.
