The concept makes tasting fun and accessible to all: wines are served in vials, cheeses are numbered to indicate the tasting direction, and each pairing is accompanied by an explanatory sheet accessible via QR Code.

The raw-milk farmhouse cheeses are carefully selected by François Bourgon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, while the wines, from independent and mostly organic winemakers, enhance each pairing for an evening full of discovery and flavor.
