CrossFit is a training method that will help you improve your health.
But it's also about improving your physical qualities (strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility, precision, etc.) through group classes.
A CrossFit workout consists of a series of functional movements (which you will use on a daily basis) at high intensity, in a constantly varied manner (a new session each day).
CrossFit is based on three main modalities:
- Cyclic endurance exercises (often called "cardio"),
- Gymnastics (body weight exercises),
- Weightlifting and shot put.
All sessions are varied and based on these three modalities. The coach will adapt the movements according to the level of each person.
Everyone trains together, regardless of level!
