About
The Georges Royer municipal library is located in the heart of Dryate, opposite the town hall. It has around 30,000 books and thirty or so magazines in all sections available to the public.
On the ground floor of the library:
> Collections for adults: novels, detective stories, comics, manga, documentaries, local literature, large-format books, easy-to-read books and magazines.
> You have access to the Colette garden and its outdoor gallery.
On the first floor of the library:
> A ‘babies’ area for 0-3 year olds with books and dedicated furniture.
> A ‘teen’ area with novels, comics, manga and documentaries.
> A ‘youth’ area with albums, novels, comics, manga, documentaries and magazines.
> You have access to a flexible exhibition room which regularly hosts events and exhibitions open to all, and which can be used as a study room if required.
In the basement of the library :
> This area, which is not open to the public, contains the library reserves. If you need a book from the reserve, simply ask at the library reception desk.
The various services offered by the library:
> A home delivery service for Dryats registered with the library. If you are unable to come to the library (temporarily or permanently), please contact us to take advantage of this free service.
> Free events open to all, for children and adults (which you can find on the TCM network library calendar: Agendas, Events, etc.).
> Classes for schools in Saint-André-les-Vergers.
> Exhibitions, meetings with authors, a readers' club and much more!
