About

Since 30 November 2017, the university library is open to the public.

Specialised in the field of Jewish and Hebrew thought, it is also generalist, with a large section on history, philosophy, linguistics, literature and social sciences.

With its 6,000 books in many languages, the main ones being French, English and Hebrew, and its 3,000 issues of French and Hebrew journals, the Rashi Institute's library offers a pleasant and friendly place to study and work.

The library of the Rashi Institute is being enriched and diversified with the arrival of an important donation of nearly 800 documents that will soon be available for consultation and borrowing in the areas of social sciences, philosophy, history, arts and psychoanalysis.
This enrichment is also illustrated by an agreement signed in the framework of our partnership with
Actualité de la Psychanalyse à Troyes, in order to strengthen the links and share the resources of these two associations by hosting, for the first time, the
associations by hosting, for the Rachi Institute, the APAT library, in order to widen its range of books,
and multimedia supports extended to the psychoanalytical field, and for APAT to offer its members free access to the
members free access to the entire library of the Rashi Institute.
