In the heart of the Seine Valley, in the fiefdom of the founder and first master of the Order of the Knights Templar, we invite you to make a good history and find yourself in the 12th century.
Models, light map, mannequin, archaeological remains, iconographic documents, as well as a documentary fiction "Hughes of Payns, the first Templar" retrace the fascinating history of Hughes of Payns and the Templars.
You will find a lot of information about the founder of the Order of the Temple, about the Payns Commandery (the first to be established in the West), about the monetary treasure discovered in 1998 and about some Templar mysteries that will finally be revealed to you...
