Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6.45pm to 8.45pm (amateur boxing) - Tuesday, Thursday 6.30pm to 8.30pm (leisure boxing) and Tuesday and Thursday 8.30pm to 9.30pm (Aeroboxing) - Wednesday 2pm to 3.30pm (educational boxing).
