ROS section Judo

At an early age, many children want to take up judo, and rightly so, as it's a complete discipline.

Eveil-judo - children aged 4 to 6 :
Mondays from 4.15pm to 5.15pm and from 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Initiation-judo
Children aged 7 to 10: Wednesdays, 2 to 3:30 p.m. and Thursdays, 4:15 to 5:15 p.m.
Children aged 8 to 12: Thursday, 5.30 p.m. to 6.45 p.m.
Judo
Ages 10 and up: Mondays, 6.45 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Adults: Friday, 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm
