The composition of the baskets is different every week and evolves according to arrivals from the fields and greenhouses. This composition is pre-established, but it is possible to adapt them according to individual needs.

Le Jardin de Persil et Ciboulette covers 8,000 m2 of fields, including 2,000 m2 of greenhouses. Some forty different vegetables (and a few fruits) provide for the needs of the store, weekly markets and baskets.
