Pascal Caffet, MOF Pâtissier and World Champion Dessert Maker, developed a passion for this unique product at an early age, with a desire to "think outside the box" and rediscover those delicious sensations buried in his childhood memories.

Today, all blind tastings confirm that Maison Caffet's old-fashioned pralines are "WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST PRALINES IN THE WORLD®", a registered trademark and know-how underlined by the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label.
