The commune of Villery is crossed by the RN77, 16 km from the center of Troyes, and lies in an undulating landscape of farmland and forest.
A historic event took place in Villery in 493, when Clotilde joined Clovis before going to Soissons to get married.
A school is grouped together with the communes of Assenay, St Jean and Villery.
A festivities and leisure committee regularly organizes a variety of festive activities.
The commune has a village hall with a capacity of 80 to 100 people.
A number of shops are located here. There's also a Groupe Soufflet silo.
