It is home to 5 elementary school, 8 nursery schools, 2 middle schools, 4 school canteens and numerous leisure facilities for young people, including an "Espace Jeunes" dedicated to the arts.
La Chapelle Saint-Luc cultivates its surroundings! From hanging baskets and parks to squares, traffic circles and playgrounds, the commune is in bloom all year round and in every district. In fact, it has been awarded the 4-flower label in the "Towns and Villages in Bloom" competition. Its Parc Pierre Pitois (Parc naturel des Etangs de Fouchy), a 6-hectare haven of peace dotted with 7 ponds and greenery, is a favorite stopover for many visitors. It boasts a remarkable heritage, with its 16th-century church and the buildings of the Malterie de Champagne converted into a veritable museum.
La Chapelle Saint-Luc is a privileged place for culture... Its Didier Bienaimé cultural center offers a rich and varied program of exhibitions, theater, music, concerts and shows for young audiences.
