Driven by a passion for the world of wine and a desire to share her knowledge, Aurélie Palais founded Les Vins d’Auré with one goal in mind: to make quality wines accessible while offering personalized guidance.

As she explored the world of wine, she developed a passion for terroirs, grape varieties, and the expertise of winemakers. She carefully selects authentic wines, chosen for their character and the pleasure they bring when tasted.

More than just a wine shop, Les Vins d’Auré offers a genuine consulting service tailored to each person’s tastes, preferences, and occasions: personal enjoyment, meals, events, or gifts.

Aurélie also organizes wine tastings, either at home or at private events, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It’s an opportunity to discover new vintages, learn more about wine, and share a warm, convivial moment.
Price: €25 per person, for groups of 6 or more.

Finally, she offers a home wine cellar organization and storage service: sorting bottles, storage advice, inventory management, and showcasing your collection.
Price: €50 per hour.

With Les Vins d’Auré, wine is first and foremost an experience to share, a story to tell, and an emotion to convey.
