Open-air wine bar offering a variety of artisanal and quality charcuterie boards, ostrich eggs, smoked salmon (salmon from sustainable Scottish farms, smoked at the Cabane), coppa, local ribs and entrecôtes (meat from the Aube region), cured at the Cabane.

Trapper evenings: enjoy wines from independent vineyards and artisanal charcuterie in a bucolic atmosphere.
