Located in the heart of Troyes' historic district, the 12th-century Hôtel de Ville was built by Pierre Cottard.

The Louis XIII-style building, whose facade with its statue of a "helmeted Minerva" has been listed as a Monument Historique since 1932, features lounges for meetings, receptions, dinners and other events.

4 rooms are available at the Hôtel de Ville de Troyes:
- The Salle des Fêtes: located in the right wing of the Hôtel de Ville, the Salle des Fêtes covers an area of 380m², 40m long and 12.50m wide. The Salle des Fêtes can be used for assemblies, round-table meals, receptions, concerts, parades and exhibitions.
Maximum capacity: 250 people for round-table meals, 450 for meetings and 500 for receptions.

- The Municipal Council Room: located in the historic Hôtel de Ville building.
With its 170m² of floor space, the Salle du Conseil Municipal is ideal for receptions, assemblies, round-table meals, concerts, exhibitions and parades.
Maximum capacity: 100 people for round-table meals, 250 for meetings and receptions.

- Le Petit Salon: 92m² for assemblies, round-table meals, meetings and receptions.
Maximum capacity: 50 people at round tables, 70 for meetings and 90 for receptions.

- La salle d'attente des Mariages: located on the first floor of the Town Hall, with a surface area of 80m², the salle d'attente des mariages will welcome you for your assemblies, receptions and meetings.
