La boutique du Terroir.
On the ground floor of the old mill, you'll find a boutique selling local produce from the Aubagne region.
Here you'll discover local specialties such as champagne, cider, mushroom fondue with chaource (a cow's milk cheese from the Aube region), sauerkraut and salmon - smoked trout born and raised on site, a year-round delight.
