At 48 rue Clémenceau, right in the heart of Troyes' champagne district and halfway between the town hall and the prefecture, Coeur Glacé opened its doors on June 23, 2020.

Most of our products are handmade and all are organic.

It welcomes you on a terrace overlooking the Place de la Basilique st Urbain.

Cœur Glacé offers no less than 48 flavors of ice creams and sorbets, to enjoy on the spot or to take away.

The ice creams and sorbets are made by Terre Adélice, an Ardéchois artisanal company founded in 1996, which respects both man and nature. Raw materials account for 60-70% of the composition of most flavors. It selects the best products on the market locally: fresh fruit harvested when ripe, whole milk, chocolate, etc. It makes its own purées and produces all the cakes in its flavors, such as speculoos and cookies, in its own workshop. These products are certified by Certipaq bio.
