El establecimiento CŒUR DE VILLAGE es obra de la joven estilista austriaca Anna-Barbara AUMULLER y sus colaboradores.

Based in the heart of the Champagne region - in the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park - more precisely in the commune of Mesnil-Saint-Père, it offers a wide range of services (boutique - champagne promotion center - upscale catering space - tea room, café bar - as well as sewing and pattern-making training courses, a luxury made-to-measure fashion workshop and various cultural and artistic activities: exhibitions, concerts, chess or bridge club, games for children...).

A top-of-the-range CAFÉ - RESTAURANT - TEA SALON (with Mariage frères teas, Illy coffees, Bonnat old-fashioned melted chocolates, delicacies to savor: apfel strudel, tiramisus, amandines, brownies, various tarts ... original softs, award-winning French, Belgian and Austrian beers, rare waters, elderberry, poppy or lavender syrups, exceptional ciders...) - savory boards (foies gras - salmon - vegetarian - charcuterie / cheese and compositions of new and refined flavors for tasting.
