In the heart of Troyes' historic center, rue de la Monnaie, a new gourmet address opened its doors at the end of April: the Claire et Hugo organic bakery.

Already well known in Sainte-Savine for their artisanal expertise, Claire and Hugo offer a 100% organic range of character breads, home-made viennoiseries, pastries and savoury snacks.

Conceived as a convivial place, the establishment also has a space where you can enjoy a coffee, a viennoiserie or a lunch break in a warm atmosphere.
