La Boucherie Moderne is one of those companies that stands up with conviction for the true craft of butchery, which has become so rare today. Taken over in 1995 by Christophe Renault, a passionate craftsman, it perpetuates a demanding know-how based on quality, precision of gesture and respect for the product.
Behind the counter, Gaëlle, present since 2010, and Baptiste, a member of the team for six years, share the same passion every day: sound advice, proximity and a love of good produce.
Their current favorite: the rib-eye, awarded the Prix de l'Excellence Bouchère at the Saulieu 2025 competition. This exceptional meat, acclaimed by professionals, is the pride of the entire team.
