5 minutes from the factory shops, 10 minutes from Troyes, come and stay in this cottage ideal for holidays. Quiet and out of sight, you will enjoy a private pool with spa.

On the ground floor, you will have a small equipped kitchenette, a living room with dining area, a lounge with sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional beds with supplement), flat screen, DVD player + DVD, table football, library ..., a spacious bathroom with corner bath, separate toilet. You will access the attic floor with air conditioning by a spiral staircase where you will find a double bedroom (bed 140x190) and a sleeping area on the mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x190).

Outside, you will enjoy the deckchairs and the lounge by the swimming pool (not covered, free access in summer), a garden lounge with barbecue on a sheltered terrace, a car park allowing you to play a game of pétanque, bicycles available.
Charges included in the price of the stay, beds made on arrival and linen provided.

In the commune, you will have all the conveniences: supermarket, bakery, gas station, pizzeria, hairdresser, beautician, veterinary clinic, dentist...
