Superb flat located in the city centre of Troyes with a magnificent view of the Place de la Préfecture de Troyes and a beautiful view of the Cathedral.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a small building (no lift).

Its location in the heart of the historic centre of Troyes and its proximity to the Cathedral car park are ideal for travellers wishing to discover our beautiful city.

The flat was completely redecorated in June 2020.
The wooden panelling and the Middle Ages, it is inside as well as outside. All the facilities are recent and comfortable, because we welcome you in our home as we would like to be in yours.

You will have at your disposal branded crockery, top-of-the-range bed linen and towels, top-of-the-range furniture. There is an oven, a microwave/grill and ceramic hobs. We leave basic cooking supplies and some coffee (filter coffee maker) and tea for you to relax on arrival.

You will also be provided with basic toiletries (toilet paper, sponge, tea towel, washing up liquid).

The bathroom is equipped with a nice shower and a towel dryer.
The toilet is separate.

We can also provide baby equipment such as high chairs and cots on request. We will ask you for a supplement of 10€.

If you are 2 people and you want 2 beds, we will ask you a supplement of 15€ for the sofa bed.

WIFI and NETFLIX are included.

On your arrival, we will offer you a privilege pass for the factory shops, a discount voucher for one of the best restaurants in Aube and a tasting in a Champagne house.
